Every role has its own AI.

A modular, hands-on program for responsible AI adoption in operations. Everyone starts from the same foundation, then applies it differently — to their role, their decisions, their industry.

What you leave with

Results first. Each track ends with something the participant can do and something the group hands over.

EXECUTIVES

You can decide where AI creates value, what it costs and what it needs, and set the rules for it.

THE GROUP PRODUCES

A decision framework for AI investments and the company's first AI priorities.

MANAGERS

You can pick and prioritise the use cases in your area and redesign a core process with AI.

THE GROUP PRODUCES

A prioritised list of use cases and at least one redesigned process, ready for a pilot.

TEAMS

You use AI on your own tasks, check what it produces, and configure and run agents safely.

THE GROUP PRODUCES

Working prompts for real tasks and at least one improvement taken into daily work. Citizen developers: a registered, documented agent on their own process.

A.02

Three tracks, three targets

Executives

AI for strategic leadership

Target: understand & decide

  • Where AI creates value, what it costs, where it stops
  • How agentic AI changes the company's capabilities
  • Decision frameworks for AI investment
  • Governance, risk, security and confidentiality

How we work: concepts in business language, real cases, live demos of what AI can do today.

Specialisation of the Teams track

Citizen developers: business people who build their own agents

Target: build fast and go live governed

  • Build an agent on your own process, without being a developer
  • Test it on real cases, with the exceptions only you know
  • Register it and take it through approval from day one
  • Know what data you may touch and when a human must be in the loop
  • Document it so someone else can take it over
  • Measure the time it saves, to know if it's worth scaling

This is where the Academy and Enterprise Agentic OS meet: people learn to build fast, and governance is part of building, not an afterthought. The program works with whatever platform the company uses; Enterprise Agentic OS is an option, not a requirement.

Managers

AI for operational acceleration

Target: translate & implement

  • From strategy to concrete operational change
  • Find and prioritise the high-value use cases
  • Redesign at least one core process with AI
  • Lead the team through change and approve its proposals

How we work: mini-labs on your processes, guided demos of agentic workflows.

Teams

AI for everyday performance

Target: apply & improve

  • Prompts that work on real work situations
  • Checking output: errors, hallucinations, bias
  • Configuring and running AI agents
  • Data protection and concrete improvement proposals

How we work: exercises on your own tasks, homework you use at work the next day.

How it runs

Learning doesn't stop on the last day of the course. Every program has four stages, so people end up working differently rather than just ticking off a training.

1–2 days

per stage

At your premises

on your own processes and data

Up to 12

participants per group

Romanian or English

your choice

01 · 1–2 days

Pre-work

Together we choose the processes and cases to work on.

Calendar. The four stages add up to 4–8 days of activity. They are spread over several weeks, so each team applies what it learned before the next stage; we set the calendar together with you.

02 · 1–2 days

Intensive delivery

Role-based sessions, with labs on participants' real tasks.

03 · 1–2 days

Post-work

Each team carries at least one improvement into daily work.

04 · 1–2 days

Mentoring

We come back after the program so the change sticks.

A.04

What the company receives

A deliverable, not a promise: the AI Literacy Dossier, handed over at the end of every program.

Who was trained

Participants and roles, by track, with dates.

Why it matters. Article 4 of the EU AI Act, as amended by Regulation (EU) 2026/1744 (in force since 27 July 2026), asks companies to take measures to develop AI literacy among their staff. The dossier documents those measures; it does not replace a legal compliance review.

What they learned

The content of each track, the cases worked on and the assessments.

What changed

The improvements each team took into daily work and the agents registered by citizen developers.

A.05

Beyond training

A secure local AI environment

Practise during the program and after, on a model installed on your premises, with no data leaving the company.

One-to-one advisory

Sessions for executives and key teams: use-case validation and implementation guidance.

Change and culture

Change-management frameworks and a culture assessment for responsible AI use.

A.06

The full journey

The program is bought on its own and ends with its own deliverables. If you want to go further, we can stay with you until there are results in operations.
